GRADES K-12-NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION

Registration for new and transferring students coming from out of parish or out of state can go to the public school to register. Registration hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

Required Documentation

Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Guardian’s Picture ID
Immunization Record
Name and Address of Previous School
Custody Papers (*if applicable)

Divorced parents or parents who live at separate addresses.
Legal guardians, who are not the parents, with signed judgments.
Provisional Custody that has been notarized and filed with the Clerk of Courts office.
